At D-unison, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience on our multi-tenancy-based ecommerce platform is satisfactory and secure. Our Money Refund Policy is designed to address situations where refunds are necessary, considering both customers and sellers / service providers, as D-unison is not responsible for payments made on the platform, D-unison Only Connects Buyers and Sellers together. 

Buyers are Required to ask sellers for their store Terms for  Refund Policy and Store Owners / Service Providers are required to create a page from their Dashboards for Terms and Condition and also refund Policy. 

As a Buyer you are advised to buy from Verified Sellers as this sellers have provided more information about their business which makes them trackable and this information can be provided to you upon request. After you must have provided us with Verified reasons for us to release this information to you
